Public Offer

Terms and Definitions

Consumer — an individual intending to reserve goods or reserving goods exclusively for personal, family, household, or other needs not related to business activities, who has placed an Order on the Website https://www.seventech.uz/ or in the Mobile application.

Website — https://www.seventech.uz/

«7TECH» — the Website https://www.seventech.uz/ or Mobile application, where any Consumer can review the available Goods, their descriptions, and prices, and place a pre-order.

Mobile application — an application for smartphones and tablets that provides access to information about goods intended for Consumers.

Goods — objects of sale, available for pre-order in the «7TECH» online store by placing them in the relevant section of the «7TECH» online store as a sample for review.

Public Offer — a public offer by the Service Provider, addressed to an indefinite number of persons, to place a pre-order for goods remotely.

Acceptance — the full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of the Offer.

Order — a request made by the Consumer in the form provided by the Service Provider for pre-ordering Goods from the «7TECH» online store, with the possibility of subsequently concluding a purchase agreement, submitted by the Consumer via the website or by phone with the Service Provider's Operator.

Operator — an authorized representative of the Service Provider who processes orders for goods via the free phone number: +998712307000.

Goods Pre-order — placing an order through a Pre-order without prepayment for the goods on the Website for subsequent purchase at sales offices or pick-up points.

Product Card — an interface on the Website related to a specific model of the Goods, containing a description of the product, its price, and other characteristics, and/or functional capabilities of the Website that allow for pre-ordering.

Advertising Information — information contained in brochures, banners on the Website about offers and promotions, as well as other information that serves as an invitation to review new goods, services, and terms.

General Provisions

By ordering or reserving Goods through the online store https://www.seventech.uz/, the Consumer accepts this Offer.

The relations between the Service Provider and the Consumer are governed by the provisions of the Law "On Consumer Protection" and other legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted in accordance with it.

The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Rules, and the Consumer agrees to regularly monitor changes to the Rules posted on the Website.

All textual information and graphic images on the Website are the property of the Service Provider and/or its Contractors.

In fulfilling the Order, the Parties will exchange information with each other using the following means of communication: email, SMS messaging, and phone calls.

The Consumer agrees that all agreements, notifications, confidentiality agreements, and other documents provided in electronic form comply with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding such types of information exchange.

Each Party guarantees the other Party that it possesses the necessary legal capacity, rights, and powers required for concluding and fulfilling the retail purchase agreement.

All information about the Goods is provided on the Service Provider's Website, in the technical documentation attached to the Goods, on labels, by applying markings, or in another manner accepted for certain types of goods, including when contacting the Service Provider's support service.

The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Rules.

Warranties and Statements

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • damage caused to the Consumer due to improper use of the Goods;
  • losses incurred by the Consumer as a result of incorrectly filled out documents, including incorrect registration details when placing the Order;
  • damage caused to the Consumer as a result of unlawful actions by third parties;
  • full or partial non-fulfillment of its obligations if such non-fulfillment is caused by force majeure circumstances that arose after the Rules took effect, due to extraordinary events that the Parties could not foresee or prevent.

The Consumer guarantees that:

  • they are not a representative of a legal entity/individual entrepreneur;
  • the ordered goods meet the intended use;
  • they provided a correct phone number for contact;
  • they provided a correct email address for contact;
  • other information provided by the buyer is correct and reliable;
  • they ensure the security of the data provided during registration and order placement at their own expense and effort.

Claims must be submitted electronically to the email address support@seventech.uz

Placing a Pre-order

To place a pre-order, the Consumer must register on the Website or in the mobile application. This can be done when using the Website for the first time or immediately before the Consumer begins placing the order.

For registration, the Consumer must provide:

  • full name;
  • phone number.

Some of the goods listed on the Website and in the application may not be in stock. To clarify this information, you need to contact the support service by phone: +998712307000

After placing the order, «7TECH» staff will contact the Consumer by phone to clarify the order details, agree on the time for delivery of the goods to the warehouse, and arrange for the subsequent purchase of the goods at «7TECH» sales points.

The delivery time is agreed upon by phone between the «7TECH» consultant and the Consumer. This offer does not regulate the minimum and maximum delivery times for goods.

To cancel a Pre-order, the Consumer must contact the support service by phone at +998712307000.

Personal Data Protection

When placing a Pre-order on the Service Provider's Website, the Consumer provides the following information about themselves: surname, first name, patronymic, mobile phone number, and other necessary information (hereinafter — personal data).

The Consumer's personal data will be processed by the Service Provider in ways including: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction, including with or without the use of automation tools, for the purposes of selling Goods and/or providing services described in these Rules, including but not limited to informing about the Order, handling claims, analyzing the quality of the services provided by the Company, and improving customer service quality.

The Service Provider guarantees that it processes and ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The processing of the Consumer's personal data takes place within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Other Conditions

All disputes related to non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under this agreement will be resolved through negotiations.

Sections of the online store explaining the rules and conditions, to which there are references, are an integral part of this Agreement.

Deletion Instructions

To delete a user profile and data about the user and their activity, a corresponding request must be sent to support@seventech.uz. After receiving the deletion request, all user data will be deleted within 30 calendar days without the possibility of recovery.
