Warranty Terms

The 7TECH warranty provides free repairs within the established timeframes and under the conditions described below:

The 7TECH warranty does not limit the buyer's legal rights. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product within the relevant territory.

Warranty Period and Conditions:

  1. The 7TECH warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects. Consequently, the warranty does not cover all other defects and damages resulting from improper handling, incorrect settings, incorrect calibrations and installations, failure to follow the User Manual or Installation Guide, as well as damage caused by external factors and normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  2. The 7TECH warranty applies only to material defects and manufacturing defects for which notifications are received during the warranty period.
  3. The 7TECH warranty is valid only after the original (non-handwritten) purchase document is presented.
  4. The 7TECH warranty is void after any modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons, if the serial number is falsified or removed, or after any modifications or non-professional use of the consumer product.
  5. Any decisions regarding repairs during the warranty period are made solely by 7TECH. Replaced components and parts become the property of 7TECH.
  6. The 7TECH warranty does not cover any other expenses except for repair or replacement costs.

The 7TECH warranty does not apply to the following product accessories:

  1. Remote controls, batteries; external power sources and chargers;
  2. Filters, water supply hoses;
  3. Deodorizing and air purification devices;
  4. Plates, skewers, grills, microwave oven turntables;
